MarketSpotlight's answer
Every move is graded against that market's own history, not a fixed percentage. A 3% day is nothing for a crypto coin and a big deal for a utility stock, and MarketSpotlight knows the difference. You see 400+ markets across five timeframes (Year, Month, Week, Day, 4-hour) in one table, with each move labelled from Very Low to Max by how rare it is for that market.
MarketSpotlight's answer
Most tools show you prices and let you build filters. MarketSpotlight answers a simpler question: which markets are doing something unusual right now, on which timeframe? No setup, no formulas. Open the table and the rare moves stand out. It also shows what happened after past moves of the same size, so you can see how a move like this usually played out before.
MarketSpotlight's answer
Self-directed traders and investors who follow many markets and want to spot the moves worth a closer look without watching charts all day. It suits swing traders, people who trade across stocks, crypto, forex and commodities, and anyone who wants a daily digest or an alert when a market starts moving.
MarketSpotlight's answer
It started as a personal tool. Watching dozens of markets across different timeframes meant flicking between charts and still missing the moves that mattered, while small ordinary swings looked like news. Grading each move against that market's own history fixed that, and the one-table view grew from there into MarketSpotlight.
