BatchOffers is a lightweight tool built specifically for real estate wholesalers who need to evaluate large property lists quickly.
Instead of checking addresses one at a time across multiple tools, BatchOffers allows investors to upload a simple CSV file of properties and generate estimated offer prices in bulk. The system analyzes each address and helps wholesalers quickly identify which properties might be worth pursuing.
This approach dramatically reduces the time spent analyzing deal lists and makes it easier to filter large lead sources such as county lists, driving-for-dollars data, or purchased property datasets.
BatchOffers is designed to be simple, fast, and focused on the needs of wholesalers who want to move quickly from raw lead lists to actionable offers.
Key capabilities include:
โข Bulk property analysis from CSV uploads โข Automated offer price estimates โข Fast filtering of large property lead lists โข Simple interface designed for real estate investors
BatchOffers helps wholesalers spend less time analyzing spreadsheets and more time pursuing real deals.

Yeah domain knowledge/network is definitely needed, I am working with a friend who has that, it's a must in this field because it's almost set in the stone age. Google maps was crazy expensive I went with Mapbox[1] for now which seems to have enough features and is less expensive. [1] https://mapbox.com/. - Source: Hacker News / over 3 years ago

The location and weather panel has a live map displayed. Well, it won't for you, unless you grab a free API key from mapbox.com and paste it in the 1st global. Source: over 3 years ago
If you want to show polygons it is a bit more difficult. With the above map functions you can create a Choropleth map by using predefined regions (like countries, states etc.). But for custom polygons it won't work. You can either use ArcGIS Online in combination with the ArcGIS Maps for Power BI viz or use the Mapbox Visual function (you need to install this one first by pressing "Get more visuals"). You can...
