Amazon CloudFront might be a bit more popular than Mailmeteor. We know about 87 links to it since March 2021 and only 60 links to Mailmeteor. Once you have the spreadsheet of emails, there are two routes you can go about to send personalized emails. The easier way, and the way I recommend, is to use software that does this for you, like MailMeteor. While you have to pay a little bit for the premium account, I highly recommend it as it allows you send up to 2000 emails a day, personalized based on the columns in your spreadsheet that you connect to it...
