One option would be to use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool that allows you to create email templates and automate follow-up emails. Once you have the spreadsheet of emails, there are two routes you can go about to send personalized emails. The easier way, and the way I recommend, is to use software that does this for you, like MailMeteor. While you have to pay a little bit for the premium account, I highly recommend it as it allows you send up to 2000 emails a day, personalized based on the columns in your spreadsheet that you connect to it...
