I like ClickHelp as we (my team) created a huge database with this tool and all the content is reusable. That makes the work simpler. We leave comments right inside the topic like in Google Docs. That is perfect! Nothing gets lost. The tool is cloud-based. So, we can work from any place. It happens that I make corrections during my weekend from home.
