    Yea it's a lot. If you want to do it regardless, you can make a concept sketch, as long as your character and potentially their stand are humanoid, it shouldn't be too hard to draw them in a t pose. You conceptually know what a human looks like and can also look up references/use magicposer, the really really hard part with humans is giving them any semblance of depth in a final drawing.     Sixth and final tip - use references. A lot. Need a nice room? Turn on The Sims, put some furniture, use a screenshot from that. You get any angle you want with right proportions. Characters? There are tons of posing programs, there are even ways to extract pose from a photograph into a 3D model in some modern drawing programs.
