Progress Updates is unique in that it allows your team to submit their replies to updates via email, and via the web platform. You do not have to use Slack to use Progress Updates.

Progress Updates primarily targets businesses upto 100 employees that are looking to improve productivity by getting feedback efficiently from their teams.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Progress Updates's answer:

Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Amazon AWS, and Mailgun for emails.

What's the story behind your product?

Progress Updates's answer:

Arjun Rajkumar is a freelance developer, and a client got in touch asking to build something for them to get better feedback from their employees. Instead of building it solely for them at an expensive price, he built a SAAS tool which they can use for free. That is how it initially got started, but since then many more features have been added to make the product more useful for everyone.

    Oh! excalidraw.com is great for quick paper style diagrams. I have used it a fair bit. The roam integration is good.
