Loyzia is an all-in-one loyalty and CRM platform built specifically for local businesses โ€” restaurants, bakeries, hair salons, beauty spas, and retail shops.

Unlike traditional loyalty apps that require customers to download yet another mobile app (with adoption rates rarely exceeding 8%), Loyzia issues digital loyalty cards directly into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Customers scan a QR code once, the card lives in their phone forever, and the merchant pushes notifications to the lock screen โ€” for free.

The platform combines three pillars in a single dashboard:

  1. LOYALTY โ€” Customizable digital stamp cards or point-based programs, syncable to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet in under 20 seconds. Cashier scanning works on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

  2. CRM โ€” Automatic RFM scoring (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) on every customer. Auto-segmentation into VIP, Loyal, At-Risk, and Dormant. One-click push campaigns targeted by segment. No need for a separate Hubspot or Salesforce.

  3. REVIEW BOOSTER โ€” Smart Google review funnel that redirects happy customers (high RFM score) to your Google Maps profile after each reward unlock. Gamified mini-games (Business plan) multiply review volume by 3-5x in the first 90 days.

Built on the modern stack โ€” Apple PassKit, Google Wallet API, Stripe billing, Supabase RGPD-compliant backend โ€” Loyzia is fully RGPD-compliant by design, with audit logs and data export at any time.

Used by hundreds of independent restaurants, bakeries, hair salons and beauty institutes across France.

Possible disadvantages of AllCode

  • Limited Public Brand Recognition
Compared to larger consulting firms like Accenture or Deloitte, AllCode has relatively limited brand recognition, which may make some enterprise decision-makers hesitant to engage them for large-scale projects.
  • Smaller Team Size
As a smaller boutique consultancy, AllCode may have limited bandwidth to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, potentially leading to longer wait times or resource constraints during peak periods.
  • Limited Public Case Studies
There is a relatively limited number of detailed public case studies or client testimonials available, making it harder for prospective clients to thoroughly evaluate their track record and results.
  • AWS-Centric Focus
While their AWS expertise is a strength, their heavy focus on AWS could be a drawback for organizations committed to other cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform who need multi-cloud or alternative cloud expertise.
  • Geographic Limitations
As a US-based company, clients in other regions may face challenges related to time zone differences and localized support, which could impact communication and project turnaround for international engagements.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Loyzia and AllCode.

What makes your product unique?

Loyzia's answer

Loyzia is the only loyalty platform built specifically for local businesses that issues digital cards directly into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet โ€” with zero app to download for customers.

This single design choice solves the biggest problem in B2C loyalty: adoption. Traditional loyalty apps reach 8% of customers at best. Loyzia reaches 100%, because every smartphone already has Wallet pre-installed natively.

On top of that, Loyzia is the first platform to combine three pillars in a single dashboard: - Loyalty (stamp cards or points) - CRM with automatic RFM scoring (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and VIP/Dormant detection - Google Review Booster with sentiment routing and gamified mini-games

Most competitors offer one of these. Loyzia replaces three separate tools.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Loyzia's answer

Three concrete reasons:

  1. ZERO FRICTION FOR CUSTOMERS. Competitors require a mobile app download. Loyzia issues the loyalty card directly into Apple Wallet / Google Wallet via a QR scan โ€” under 20 seconds, no account creation, no password. Adoption rate is 5x higher than app-based loyalty programs.

  2. FREE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS REPLACE SMS. Most merchants pay โ‚ฌ0.05 to โ‚ฌ0.08 per SMS for marketing campaigns. With Loyzia, every customer receives push notifications on their lock screen via Wallet โ€” free, unlimited, with open rates of 50โ€“70% (vs 20% for email, 95% for SMS but at high cost).

  3. CRM INCLUDED โ€” NO NEED FOR HUBSPOT. Loyzia automatically calculates an RFM score for every customer, segments them into VIP, Loyal, At-Risk and Dormant, and lets you trigger targeted push campaigns by segment. Merchants who would otherwise spend โ‚ฌ100โ€“โ‚ฌ500/month on a separate CRM get this built-in.

Pricing is also transparent and published publicly โ€” most competitors hide pricing behind sales calls.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Loyzia's answer

Loyzia is built for owner-operated local businesses across France and Europe, typically with 1 to 10 employees and a physical point of sale.

Primary verticals: - Restaurants, brasseries, fast-food, food trucks - Bakeries and pastry shops - Hair salons and barbershops - Beauty institutes, nail bars, spas - Independent retail (specialty grocery, wine shops, florists, gift shops)

Typical customer profile: a merchant with 200โ€“5,000 active customers, doing โ‚ฌ150kโ€“โ‚ฌ1.5M annual revenue, who has tried (or considered) a paper stamp card or a generic loyalty app and found both lacking. They want a real customer database, the ability to push promotions to fill dead hours, and a way to grow their Google review count โ€” without hiring a marketing agency.

Secondary audience: small multi-location chains (2โ€“10 venues) and franchises looking to standardize loyalty across their network.

What's the story behind your product?

Loyzia's answer

Loyzia was founded in 2025 in Paris by the team at M&T Labs, a French software studio focused on tools for independent merchants.

The origin: after watching dozens of local bakeries, restaurants and salons either struggle with paper stamp cards (lost, forgotten, ineffective) or sign up for over-priced loyalty apps that nobody downloads, we realized the technology was already in every customer's pocket โ€” Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The native infrastructure existed; nobody had built a serious merchant-facing platform on top of it.

We launched Loyzia with three convictions: 1. Customers shouldn't have to install anything. 2. Loyalty data without a CRM layer is worthless. The merchant needs to know who their VIPs are. 3. Loyalty and online reputation (Google reviews) should reinforce each other, not live in separate tools.

Today Loyzia powers hundreds of independent commerces across France and is expanding into the wider European market.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Loyzia's answer

Frontend & Web: - Next.js (App Router, React Server Components) - TypeScript - TailwindCSS - Vercel hosting

Mobile (cashier app for merchants): - React Native / Expo - EAS Update (OTA delivery)

Backend & Data: - DataBase (PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security) - Edge Functions - Resend (transactional email)

Wallet & Push: - Apple PassKit (.pkpass signing, APNs HTTP/2 for push updates) - Google Wallet API (JWT-signed objects, push via patch)

Payments: - Stripe (subscriptions, Checkout, webhooks with idempotency)

Compliance & Security: - GDPR-compliant by design - Cryptographic anti-fraud signing on every reward unlock - Full audit logs

AI / Analytics: - Custom RFM scoring engine (server-side, real-time) - Schema.org structured data for SEO and LLM discoverability

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?
