Looker is a business intelligence platform with an analytics-oriented application server that sits on top of relational data stores. The Looker platform includes an end-user interface for exploring data, a reusable development paradigm for creating data discovery experiences, and an extensible API set so the data can exist in other systems. Looker enables anyone to search and explore data, build dashboards and reports, and share everything easily and quickly.
StatementFlow uses AI vision to convert PDF, scanned, or photographed bank statements into clean Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (QBO) or Xero (OFX) files in seconds. Unlike template-based converters, it reads scans, phone photos, and foreign or non-English statements that other tools fail on. Every conversion reconciles each transaction against the running balance to catch misread digits. Permanent free tier, no credit card, credits never expire, and files are processed in memory and deleted immediately โ never stored.
โข Reads scans & phone photos (vision AI, not fixed templates) โข Works on any bank worldwide, including foreign-language statements โข Balance reconciliation flags any misread digit โข Exports to Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (QBO) and Xero (OFX) โข Permanent free tier ยท credits never expire ยท files never stored

StatementFlow's answer:
StatementFlow started from a simple frustration: getting transactions out of a bank statement and into a spreadsheet is still painful. The existing tools rely on rigid templates, so they break the moment a statement is scanned, photographed, or from a bank they don't recognise โ and several bury users in expiring credits and billing traps.
When AI vision models became good enough to read messy, real-world documents reliably, it became possible to do this the right way: read any statement from any bank, check the math automatically, and never store the user's sensitive financial files. That's StatementFlow โ the trustworthy, no-traps alternative to DocuClipper and BankStatementConverter.com.
StatementFlow's answer:
StatementFlow uses AI vision to read bank statements, not rigid per-bank templates. That means it works on the cases other converters fail: scanned statements, phone photos, and statements from any bank in the world โ not just clean digital PDFs from a handful of supported US banks.
It also self-checks its own work: every transaction is reconciled against the statement's running balance, so a misread digit gets flagged before it ever reaches your books.
And it's built privacy-first โ your file is processed in memory to extract the transactions and then deleted immediately. Nothing is ever stored.
StatementFlow's answer:
Bookkeepers, accountants, and small-business owners who regularly need transactions out of PDF bank statements and into Excel or their accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero). It's especially useful for anyone dealing with scanned statements or non-US banks, where template-based converters tend to fail.

Even if you want to make Wide Tables, combining fact and dimensions is often the easiest way to create them, so why not make them available? Looker, for example, is well suited to dimensional models because it takes care of the joins that can make Kimball warehouses hard to navigate for business users. - Source: dev.to / almost 4 years ago

For Growth and larger, I would recommend Looker. The only reason I wouldn't recommend it for the smaller company stages is that the cost is much higher than alternatives such as Metabase. With Looker, you define your data model in LookML, which Looker then uses to provide a drag-and-drop interface for end-users that enables them to build their own visualizations without needing to write SQL.
