The search engine for longevity clinics and health diagnostics

Finding quality healthcare abroad is harder than it should be. You're stuck Googling clinics with no easy way to compare them, messaging back and forth for prices that may not be real, reading reviews you can't trust, and hoping the clinic you choose meets proper medical standards.

If you're already abroad โ€” living in Bangkok, visiting Poland or the Czech Republic, or travelling through Mexico โ€” finding a good clinic for blood tests or health checkups is even more hit and miss. You donโ€™t know the local options, fair pricing, or who to trust.

Longevity.haus is like Booking.com for longevity treatments and health diagnostics. Search clinics across 10+ countries, compare real prices side-by-side, and book directly.

What you can find

  • Blood testing panels and longevity biomarkers
  • MRI scans โ€” full body and targeted scans
  • DEXA body composition scans
  • Longevity treatments โ€” IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy
  • Full health checkups and executive screenings
  • Preventative diagnostics and specialist consultations

Why it's cheaper abroad

A blood panel that costs $500+ in the US or UK can be under $50 in Bangkok. MRI scans from $199 vs $1,000+ back home. Many clinics use the same equipment and standards but operate with lower costs.

Key features

  • Transparent pricing shown upfront
  • Verified and unverified clinics listed
  • Search and compare by treatment, location, and price
  • Direct booking with clinics
  • 4,300+ clinic locations across 10+ countries

LongevityHaus features and specs

  • Comprehensive Longevity Services
LongevityHaus offers a wide range of longevity-focused wellness services under one roof, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and other cutting-edge biohacking modalities, making it a convenient one-stop destination for health optimization.
  • Evidence-Informed Approach
The company positions itself as being grounded in science-backed longevity protocols, drawing from research in areas like cellular health, recovery, and anti-aging, which can appeal to clients looking for more than just a typical spa experience.
  • Modern and Premium Experience
LongevityHaus provides a sleek, modern facility with a premium feel, creating an upscale wellness experience that differentiates it from traditional gyms or basic wellness centers.
  • Membership and Package Options
They offer membership plans and bundled packages that can make regular use of their services more affordable compared to paying per session, encouraging consistent use for cumulative health benefits.
  • Growing Longevity Trend Alignment
LongevityHaus is well-positioned within the rapidly growing longevity and biohacking movement, giving early adopters access to therapies and technologies that are gaining mainstream scientific and public interest.

Possible disadvantages of LongevityHaus

  • High Cost
The services and memberships at LongevityHaus can be expensive, potentially putting regular treatments out of reach for many consumers. Premium longevity therapies like hyperbaric oxygen and IV drips are not typically covered by insurance, making it a significant out-of-pocket investment.
  • Limited Scientific Consensus on Some Treatments
While some offered therapies have solid research backing, others (such as certain cryotherapy or infrared sauna claims) still lack robust, large-scale clinical evidence proving their long-term efficacy for longevity, which may leave some clients uncertain about the real benefits.
  • Limited Locations
LongevityHaus has a limited number of physical locations, which restricts accessibility for people who don't live near one of their facilities and makes it impractical for those who would need to travel significant distances for regular sessions.
  • Potential for Overpromising Results
The longevity and biohacking space can sometimes lean into marketing language that overpromises outcomes. Consumers may have inflated expectations about anti-aging or health improvements that may not materialize as dramatically as suggested.
  • Not a Replacement for Medical Care
While LongevityHaus offers wellness and optimization services, it is not a medical facility. Clients with serious health conditions may mistakenly view these services as substitutes for proper medical treatment, and the boundary between wellness optimization and medical care can sometimes be unclear.

React Engine features and specs

  • Isomorphic rendering
React Engine enables both server-side and client-side rendering of React components, providing a seamless isomorphic/universal JavaScript experience. This allows for faster initial page loads and better SEO while maintaining rich client-side interactivity.
  • Express.js integration
React Engine is designed as a view engine for Express.js, making it easy to integrate React into existing Express-based applications with minimal configuration. It follows familiar Express conventions for setting up view engines.
  • Built-in React Router support
The library comes with built-in support for React Router, enabling developers to easily set up server-side and client-side routing without complex manual configuration.
  • PayPal backing
React Engine was developed and maintained by PayPal, which provided credibility and ensured it was battle-tested in a large-scale production environment before being open-sourced.
  • Simplified setup
The library abstracts away much of the complexity involved in setting up server-side rendering with React, reducing boilerplate code and allowing developers to get a universal React application running quickly.

Possible disadvantages of React Engine

  • Abandoned project
The repository appears to be no longer actively maintained, with no recent commits or updates. This makes it risky to use in production as bugs and security vulnerabilities may go unpatched.
  • Outdated dependencies
React Engine was built for older versions of React and React Router. It may not be compatible with modern versions of React (16+, 17, 18) or React Router (v5, v6), limiting its usefulness in current projects.
  • Limited ecosystem support
The library is tightly coupled to Express.js, meaning it cannot be easily used with other Node.js frameworks like Koa, Hapi, or Fastify, reducing its flexibility.
  • Better modern alternatives
Modern tools like Next.js, Remix, and Vite with SSR plugins provide far more comprehensive and well-maintained solutions for server-side rendering with React, making React Engine largely obsolete.
  • Limited documentation and community
The project has relatively sparse documentation and a small community, making it difficult for new developers to troubleshoot issues or find examples and best practices for advanced use cases.

Analysis of React Engine

Overall verdict

  • Unable to verify a project specifically named 'React Engine' on GitHub with confidence, as this does not correspond to a widely recognized or well-documented open-source project that I have reliable information about. There may be multiple small or niche repositories using this name, and quality would vary significantly between them.

Why this product is good

  • React Engine is not a commonly recognized name in the mainstream React ecosystem
  • No verifiable consensus data on stars, maintenance status, documentation quality, or community adoption is available
  • Could refer to a personal project, a boilerplate, a rendering engine, or a niche tool - without more context, its quality cannot be assessed
  • Names like this are sometimes used for student projects, abandoned repos, or experimental tools that lack production readiness

Recommended for

  • Not recommended without further verification
  • Developers should search GitHub directly, check star count, last commit date, open issues, and documentation before adopting
  • Best suited for evaluation on a case-by-case basis rather than a blanket recommendation
  • If you have a specific repository URL, sharing it would allow for a more accurate assessment

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing LongevityHaus and React Engine.

What makes your product unique?

LongevityHaus's answer

LongevityHaus is the first search engine specifically built for longevity clinics and health diagnostics.

Instead of Googling clinics one by one, users can compare real prices across 4,300+ clinic locations in 10+ countries and book directly.

Most medical tourism platforms are broad marketplaces focused on things like dental work or cosmetic surgery. LongevityHaus focuses specifically on preventative health, longevity treatments, and diagnostics such as blood testing, MRI scans, and DEXA body composition scans.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

LongevityHaus's answer

LongevityHaus offers transparent pricing upfront, removing the need to email clinics for quotes.

We show both verified and unverified clinics, giving users a complete view of the market instead of only listing clinics that pay to appear.

Users can also book directly with instant confirmation, making the process faster and easier.

Most importantly, the platform focuses on the treatments that health-conscious people actually want, such as longevity biomarker panels, full-body MRIs, and executive health screenings โ€” rather than traditional medical tourism categories like dental work or cosmetic surgery.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

LongevityHaus's answer

LongevityHaus is designed for people who take their health seriously.

This includes:

-Longevity enthusiasts and biohackers -Expats living abroad who need access to diagnostics - Digital nomads travelling through cities like Bangkok or Mexico City who want to get bloodwork done while they are there - Medical tourists planning trips around preventative health treatments Most users are between 25 and 50, health-literate, and looking for high-quality care at fair global prices.

What's the story behind your product?

LongevityHaus's answer

LongevityHaus started from my own simple frustration: finding good clinics abroad is unnecessarily difficult. Getting a blood test, MRI, PRP/PRF therapy in a city like Bangkok often requires hours of research, messaging clinics individually on apps like LINE, and hoping the prices quoted are accurate. We wanted something similar to Booking.com for health diagnostics โ€” a platform where you can search, compare, and book clinics instantly. So I built it.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

LongevityHaus's answer

  • SvelteKit
  • TypeScript
  • TailwindCSS
  • Stripe

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

LongevityHaus's answer

  • Expats in Bangkok getting regular bloodwork and health screenings
  • Digital nomads booking diagnostics while travelling through Southeast Asia
  • Health-conscious individuals from the US, UK, Europe and Australia
  • Biohackers tracking longevity biomarkers at a fraction of Western prices
  • Medical tourists planning health-focused trips to destinations like Thailand and Mexico
