Hotjar has been our go-to for optimizing UI, reducing bounce rates, and refining CTAs. Its powerful insights have been instrumental in enhancing user experience. A staple tool for data-driven decisions!
I don't like the service. It is very slow and very expensive. Not recommended it to others.
Don't work the heatmap and I did not like others.
Hotjar might be a bit more popular than Lokalise. We know about 12 links to it since March 2021 and only 11 links to Lokalise. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I'm pretty sure, you'll find companies like this one which provide a nice GUI for helping with l10n or this one which offers translation services or this page that offers to convert between different formats, one of which probably has a nice GUI tool. Actually I don't have "my" app. But in our app we use https://lokalise.com/ to localize it even to Norwegian. Our team is not the most expensive company in the world btw. And we don't have 1B+ users all over the world. Source: about 1 year ago
Internationalization (i18n) pain for a documentation project is a process problem, not a feature gap. Documentation frameworks are not meant to translate your developer docs for you into the language of your choice. Some frameworks might offer i18n support, like the Crowdin support in Docusauraus v2. If you have installed a heat map like hotjar.com then I will tell you that I used that for a month and found 5 or so dead ends where users were not getting to the cart or clicking on things that where not informative enough to lead to the next action. Source: about 1 year ago
