Commercial. Logicly is Windows and macOS, aimed squarely at teachers, with custom ICs and step-by-step propagation debugging. It costs $59 for a student licence, $599 for a classroom and $1,299 for a campus — one-time, not subscription. - Source: dev.to / 6 days ago

In logic.ly this can easily be drawn as this. However, I'm sure this is far from optimized. I'm sure I made things way too complicated. All I know is that this digital circuit satisfies OP's truth table.!<. Source: about 5 years ago

Https://github.com/alyssaxuu/mapus - tool to explore and annotate collaboratively on a map. You can draw, add markers, lines, areas, find places to go, observe other users, and much more. Source: about 4 years ago
Super handy library. I used it for a real-time collaborative map tool [1], it's especially useful when it comes to customization, plus it has many plugins which add a lot of functionality. Leaflet Geoman [2] for instance is great for creating all sorts of geometries on the map, I've personally used it for my tool so users can designate areas and paths. So good.
