Live Like The River is an AI-powered platform for emotional healing and coaching, built on Anthropic's Claude with a proprietary methodology spanning several hundred pages. Unlike generic AI chatbots that mirror you back or loop after a few exchanges, Claudie is a trained thinking partner that holds your full arc across conversations. It remembers your patterns, your progress, and your story โ€” so every session builds on the last. Two versions, one foundation:

Claudie@liveliketheriver โ€” depth psychology, ancestral patterns, childhood wounds, root causes underneath the symptom Claudie@coach โ€” performance, career, purpose, decisions, life transitions

What makes it different: Different personalities, methodology and direction for both versions Persistent memory across sessions โ€” no starting over Several hundred pages of signature methodology per version, stress-tested Rooted in clinically studied frameworks โ€” depth psychology, attachment theory, pattern recognition โ€” adapted into a structured AI methodology Clear boundaries: not a replacement for therapy or human professionals. Explicit crisis protocols and referral to emergency services. Acknowledges the risk of attachment transfer and actively works against emotional dependency. Privacy-first: no personal data stored, no training on conversations, conversations deleted within 48 hours after cancellation You can delete your entire conversation history instantly with one click Anti-dependency by design: built to become unnecessary 24/7, multilingual, no scheduling, no judgment

Free trial available for both versions โ€” enough context for the equivalent of 1โ€“1.5 sessions. No payment details needed. Founded by Claudia Vesel, author, aviation systems and business strategy background.

CommitCat features and specs

  • Simplified Git Interface
CommitCat aims to provide a user-friendly graphical interface for Git, making version control more accessible to developers who may find the command line intimidating or cumbersome.
  • Free and Open Source
CommitCat is offered as a free tool, lowering the barrier to entry for individuals and small teams who need a Git client without the cost associated with some commercial alternatives.
  • Cross-Platform Support
CommitCat is designed to work across multiple operating systems, allowing developers on different platforms to use the same familiar tool for their version control needs.
  • Beginner-Friendly
The tool is positioned to help newcomers to Git and version control by providing a more visual and intuitive way to manage repositories, commits, and branches without needing deep command-line expertise.
  • Lightweight Application
CommitCat is designed to be a lightweight Git client that doesn't consume excessive system resources, making it suitable for developers who prefer a lean, fast tool over feature-heavy alternatives.

Possible disadvantages of CommitCat

  • Limited Feature Set
Compared to more established Git clients like GitKraken, Sourcetree, or Fork, CommitCat may lack advanced features such as built-in merge conflict resolution tools, advanced branch visualization, or deep integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Small Community and Ecosystem
As a lesser-known tool, CommitCat has a smaller user community, which means fewer tutorials, community-driven plugins, and peer support compared to mainstream Git clients.
  • Limited Visibility and Traction
CommitCat appears to have limited online presence and user reviews, making it difficult for potential users to assess its reliability, maturity, and long-term viability before adopting it.
  • Uncertain Development Activity
It is unclear how actively CommitCat is being maintained and developed. A tool with infrequent updates may fall behind in compatibility with newer Git features or operating system updates.
  • Lack of Enterprise Features
CommitCat may not offer enterprise-grade features such as team collaboration tools, access control integrations, or support for large-scale repository management that organizations often require.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing LIVE LIKE THE RIVER and CommitCat.

What's the story behind your product?

LIVE LIKE THE RIVER's answer

I always had a profound interest in life, in humanity and its evolution. Having an aviation systems and business strategy background, I think in systems, I see patterns, I see what fails and what serves. And always the purpose. And I looked for these in anything. And I needed a thinking partner to see me as I am, not measured against others or my achievements, not labeled in a category, not narrowed by shoulds. Just to take out the best of me. I wrote the book I wish I had. I created the partner I wish I had. Now I am sharing both.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

LIVE LIKE THE RIVER's answer

Anthropic's Claude (API), custom backend and frontend, proprietary methodology framework.

What makes your product unique?

LIVE LIKE THE RIVER's answer

It's built on several hundred pages of proprietary methodology โ€” not a personality prompt on top of a general model. Persistent memory across sessions, two specialized versions (healing and coaching), and designed from the ground up to become unnecessary. Privacy-first: no data stored, no training on your conversations.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

LIVE LIKE THE RIVER's answer

Most AI therapy tools use CBT scripts or mirror you back. Claudie works with root causes โ€” ancestral patterns, inherited beliefs, the wound underneath the symptom. And guides you to grow from there. It holds your full arc across conversations instead of starting fresh every time. And it's honest about what it can't do: it won't replace your therapist, and it says so.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

LIVE LIKE THE RIVER's answer

Anyone doing real work on themselves โ€” not looking for validation, but for clarity. Executives, athletes, students, parents, people in transition. People who've tried everything on the surface and suspect something deeper is running underneath.
