There is many options and it can be complicated if you wanna do real time I've tried with a friend, we can listen to each other DAW through a plugin called Listento Also if we are both on the same DAW (I'm Ableton) we can just share the same session Like bouncing it of each other over time , freezing everything along the way. I presume it installs one at $VIMRUNTIM/syntax or or ~/.vim/syntax. If this sounds right, then create a ~/.vim/after/syntax/vimwiki.vim file and place your match command in there.
