One of my best recommendations is to spin up a linux server in the cloud, you can do it for free for a few months from linode.com for example. Regarding your actual question. Looking at docs.codelite.org, they seem to expect you to download all of these things using Mysys in bash. Maybe codelite is using the path variables set in that shell as opposed to your windows path? Source: over 3 years ago
