Sighthem is an AI-powered B2B lead search, CRM, ERP and foreign trade operations platform for export, import and manufacturing teams. It brings business discovery, contact enrichment, sales pipeline, customer management, quotations, proforma invoices, sales and purchase orders, inventory, warehouses, production planning, packing, shipments, customs, L/C and collection tracking into one workspace.

Teams can manage email, WhatsApp and call conversations; generate trade documents; follow Incoterms, GTIP/HS codes, landed costs, demurrage, quality checks and supplier performance; and connect accounting and e-invoice workflows through UBL/XML and integrations for Logo, Mikro, Netsis, Nilvera and EDM. Role-based access, approvals, reports, automations, public API and webhook support keep sales, operations, production, logistics and finance aligned on the same data.

Available in Turkish and English, Sighthem is built for SMB teams that need a trade-native operational backbone instead of separate spreadsheets, generic CRMs and disconnected ERP tools.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Linear and Sighthem.

What makes your product unique?

Sighthem's answer:

Sighthem is built around the complete foreign trade workflow rather than adapting a generic CRM to export and import operations. It connects B2B lead search, CRM, WhatsApp and calling, quotations, orders, production, inventory, shipments, trade documents, invoicing and collections on one shared data model. It also supports trade-specific requirements such as Incoterms, HS codes, letters of credit, multi-currency operations and commercial documents.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Sighthem's answer:

Generic CRMs usually stop when an opportunity becomes an order, while traditional ERPs are often too accounting-focused for daily sales and foreign trade work. Sighthem connects customer acquisition with the operational stages that follow the sale. Teams can find buyers, communicate through email, WhatsApp or built-in calling, create quotations and orders, coordinate production and shipments, and track invoicing and collections without moving data between disconnected tools.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Sighthem's answer:

Sighthem is designed primarily for export, import and manufacturing companies with foreign trade teams of approximately 2โ€“30 people. Its core users include exporting manufacturers, importers, distributors, international sales teams and service exporters that need to manage customer acquisition, communication, orders, operations and collections in one platform.

What's the story behind your product?

Sighthem's answer:

Sighthem was founded by Ali Yฤฑldฤฑrฤฑm, a trade professional and software developer who repeatedly encountered the same problem inside exporter and importer companies: operations were spread across spreadsheets, WhatsApp conversations, disconnected documents and knowledge held in employeesโ€™ heads.

Over the years, he built individual modules, formulas and automations to solve these practical problems. Sighthem brought those field-tested systems together as the foreign-trade-focused product of Aysight Teknoloji. Its goal is to make trade operations visible, measurable and transferable across the entire team.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Sighthem's answer:

Sighthem uses Next.js and TypeScript for its web applications, NestJS for backend services, PostgreSQL with Prisma for data management, and Redis with background workers for queues and automation. The platform runs through containerized Docker services behind Nginx and integrates with AI, telephony, WhatsApp, email, payment and e-invoicing providers through APIs and webhooks.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Sighthem's answer:

Sighthem does not publicly disclose customer names without their permission. Its main customer groups include:

  • Export-oriented manufacturers selling products to international markets
  • Importers managing overseas suppliers, purchasing, inventory and domestic distribution
  • Distributors operating dealer and customer networks across multiple countries
  • Manufacturing SMEs coordinating international sales with production and warehouse operations
  • Foreign trade teams managing leads, quotations, shipments, documents and collections
  • Service exporters selling software, consulting, engineering or other cross-border services
