Lift5x5 is the simplest way to run the classic 5x5 strength program. Instead of guessing what to lift, the app tells you the exact weight for every set based on your last session โ adding 2.5kg when you succeed and deloading automatically when you stall three times. It handles the whole program for you: two alternating workouts, all five compound lifts, and a progression engine that keeps you moving.
Every session you get a built-in rest timer, an automatic plate calculator (no mental math between sets), and clean progress graphs so you can watch your lifts climb week over week. There are strength standards, streaks, and anonymous leaderboards to keep you honest.
