Over years of consulting, a recurring pattern emerged: SMBs were silently overpaying for M365 โ typically 27% of their licenses sitting on inactive users, departed employees, or over-licensed accounts โ and the existing optimization tools on the market were priced for enterprises with hundreds of thousands of dollars in licensing spend. The Microsoft 365 Admin Center showed the data but never the action.
