Oh. I see the point you're making. The larger screen can be had without the ML speaker upgrade. The ML speakers is separate from all the other tech upgrades. If you go to the ES builder on lexus.com, you'll see the ML 17-speaker package separate from the 12.3 inch screen/navi/etc. I 100% agree with the points in your 2nd through 4th paragraphs. For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption.
