• KNC V2 migration not arriving?

  Hi all, last night I tried to migrate my old KNC to V2 on https://kyberswap.com/ following the instructions at https://blog.kyber.network/knc-token-migration-guide-fda08bfe62c2 using Metamask but each time I tried (3 in total) it looked like they were successfully sent https://etherscan.io/tx/0x5ec1b833ad78f9fb0cbc8aa9a5359bf4bffd408618e6774c40e0ea0826bc0883 and I was charged gas but the V2 KNC didn't appear in my... • I tried to sold a coin and got charged 37 $ fee and it failed

  It can happen when the routing fails cos the token has poor liquidity or whatever. But you can report this to their customer service. There's a little box on the bottom right. They replied me within the hour last time I needed help. Just make sure you're on https://kyberswap.com and not some bogus scam site. Source: over 3 years ago
