I spent 6 months building a side project nobody wanted. Twice. I realized the problem wasn't my code โ it was building without validation. So I created urur.dev โ the name comes from "uru uru" (ๅฃฒใๅฃฒใ), Japanese for "sell sell." The idea is simple: find your customers before you build, not after. I run the Jenkins controller in Kubernetes. Helm chart for the deploy, persistent volume for the home dir, a sidecar that injects JCasC config from a ConfigMap. Upgrading Jenkins is just bumping a chart version. Rolling back is rolling back a chart version.
