Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Information Availability
As a specific niche tool, there may be limited independent reviews, documentation, or community feedback available to fully evaluate its reliability and feature set.
  • Potential Feature Limitations
Aggregator-style platforms often provide simplified versions of tools that may lack the advanced features or customization options found in specialized standalone applications.
  • Dependency on Internet Connection
Being a web-based service, functionality is likely dependent on having a stable internet connection, unlike offline desktop tools.
  • Data Privacy Concerns
Using an online tool for code snippets, data formatting, or other developer tasks may raise concerns about how sensitive information or code is handled, stored, or transmitted.
  • Uncertain Long-term Support
As with many smaller developer tool platforms, there's uncertainty about the longevity of support, updates, and maintenance compared to established, well-funded alternatives.

What makes your product unique?

Klikt.io's answer

Klikt.io turns photo sharing into part of the show, not an afterthought. Instead of chasing guests for WhatsApp groups, USB keys or random Google Drive links, hosts create one simple live album, share a QR code, and watch photos appear instantly on a big screen during the event.

Guests don’t need an app or an account, and everything is designed around the emotions of weddings and celebrations: it feels like a live photo wall for the room, that automatically becomes a beautiful digital album once the party is over.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Klikt.io's answer

Klikt.io is a modern web application built primarily with:

  • React for the front-end user interface
  • A web-app architecture (React/TypeScript + API backend) so it runs smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers
  • Real-time web technologies to power the live slideshow and instant photo updates
  • Cloud infrastructure to securely store and deliver photos in high resolution

Everything is designed to be fully browser-based, so guests don’t need to install anything.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

  • No app, no login for guests a quick QR scan or link and they’re in.
  • Real-time slideshow new photos instantly join the live diaporama on any TV or projector, which makes the product part of the entertainment.
  • Built for events first the whole flow (setup, QR, moderation, download) is optimized for weddings, private parties and corporate events, not generic cloud storage.
  • Host-friendly organisers can set up an event in a few minutes, moderate content if needed, and download everything in HD afterwards.

In short: Klikt.io focuses on making life easier for hosts and more fun for guests, with as little friction as possible.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Klikt.io's answer

Klikt.io has two main audiences:

  1. Wedding & event world

    • Couples getting married who want an easy way to collect every guest’s photos.
    • Wedding planners, photographers, videographers and photo-booth owners who bundle Klikt.io into their offers.
    • Venues and event agencies that use a live photo wall to energise the room.
  2. Companies running events

    • French and European businesses using Klikt.io for internal events, offsites, seminars and parties, to gather informal photos and display them live during the evening.

At its core, Klikt.io is built for anyone who cares about memories and wants to turn photo sharing into a simple, shared experience.

What's the story behind your product?

Klikt.io's answer

Klikt.io was born from a very common frustration: after every wedding or big party, photos were scattered everywhere, WhatsApp groups, AirDrop, forgotten USB keys and cloud links nobody ever opened.

After helping friends organise their weddings, we realised people didn’t need “another social network”; they just needed something as simple as:

  1. Scan a QR code
  2. Drop your photos
  3. See them appear live on a screen

The first prototype was built for a real wedding. Guests loved seeing their photos appear in real time on the projector, and the couple loved having everything automatically saved in one album. That night made the concept obvious, and Klikt.io grew from there: a small, focused web app dedicated to making photo collection effortless for weddings, events and company parties.
