Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

Kitchenware 5 features
FACEIT Prefire 5 features
  • Specialized Kitchen Focus
Neutra Kitchen appears to be a dedicated kitchenware retailer, which means customers can expect a curated selection of kitchen-specific products rather than a general marketplace with mixed quality offerings.
  • UK-Based Store
Being a UK-based online store (.co.uk domain), customers in the United Kingdom can benefit from potentially faster shipping times, local customer support, and pricing in GBP without currency conversion fees.
  • Online Convenience
As an e-commerce platform, Neutra Kitchen allows customers to browse and purchase kitchenware from the comfort of their home, comparing products and reading descriptions without needing to visit a physical store.
  • Niche Branding
The brand name 'Neutra' suggests a focus on neutral, modern, and minimalist kitchen aesthetics, which can appeal to customers looking for contemporary and stylish kitchenware that fits modern home décor.
  • Curated Product Selection
Smaller, specialized retailers often curate their product ranges more carefully, potentially offering higher-quality or more unique kitchenware items compared to large general retailers.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Brand Recognition
Neutra Kitchen is not a widely recognized or well-established kitchenware brand compared to major retailers, which may make some customers hesitant to trust the site with their purchases and personal information.
  • Potentially Limited Product Range
As a smaller specialized retailer, the product selection may be more limited compared to larger kitchenware retailers or department stores, meaning customers may not find everything they need in one place.
  • Fewer Customer Reviews Available
With less brand recognition and likely lower traffic compared to major retailers, there may be fewer independent customer reviews and testimonials available to help inform purchasing decisions.
  • Uncertain Return and Warranty Policies
Lesser-known online stores may have less flexible or less clearly defined return, refund, and warranty policies compared to established retailers, which can be a concern for customers buying kitchenware online.
  • Limited Price Competitiveness
Smaller retailers often cannot match the pricing power of large retailers who benefit from bulk purchasing and economies of scale, meaning products may be priced higher than alternatives found on Amazon or major kitchenware stores.
  • Aim Training Focus
Prefire is designed specifically to help CS players practice pre-fire angles and common duel spots found on competitive maps, which can help improve reaction time and map-specific aim habits.
  • Map-Specific Scenarios
The tool offers scenarios based on popular maps used in FACEIT and competitive matchmaking, allowing players to practice realistic angles they will encounter in real matches.
  • Time-Efficient Practice
Instead of spending hours in matchmaking or casual play, users can quickly run through prefire drills to warm up or sharpen specific skills in a shorter time frame.
  • Useful for Skill Improvement
Repeated practice on common angles can help build muscle memory, which may translate into faster reactions and better duel-winning percentages in real games.
  • Simple and Accessible
The website and tool are generally straightforward to use, making it accessible even for players who are not highly technical or experienced with more complex training software.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Kitchenware and FACEIT Prefire.

What makes your product unique?

FACEIT Prefire's answer:

Most FACEIT tools tell you how good your opponent is. Prefire tells you how they play.

When the match room loads, Prefire pulls each opponent's public demos and replays their past rounds on an interactive tactical map: the paths they actually walked, the grenades they actually threw with full trajectories, a timeline you can scrub, and CT/T heatmaps of where they hold and where they take opening duels.

Two things make that unusual:

  • It happens inside the lobby. No link to paste, no site to open, no account, no API key. The scouting layer appears on the FACEIT page you are already looking at.
  • It is movement, not numbers. A rating tells you a player is good. A replay of his last five rounds tells you he takes the same off-angle at palace every single time.

It is free, it reads only finished public matches, and it never touches the game client.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

FACEIT Prefire's answer:

Prefire does a different job than most of the tools it sits next to:

  • Leetify analyses your own play to make you better. Prefire analyses the five people about to shoot at you. They work well together.
  • Repeek is an excellent quality of life layer for FACEIT: elo, auto accept, match history. It has no tactical scouting. Prefire runs alongside it.
  • csstats.gg and Tracker.gg give you numbers. Numbers do not tell you which corner a player holds on the second round of a gun round.
  • Scope.gg Prematch is the closest thing to Prefire, and the honest comparison is this: Scope costs 7.99 a month, needs an account and a card, and makes you copy your lobby link into their website before every match. Prefire is free, needs no account, and is simply already there when the room opens.

The short version: if you want prematch scouting without a subscription and without a five step routine before every game, that is the gap Prefire fills.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

FACEIT Prefire's answer:

Competitive Counter-Strike 2 players on FACEIT who care about winning the match, not just tracking their rating.

In practice that means:

  • Solo queue and stack players who want to know what they are walking into before the first round
  • Players who understand that watching your opponents' demos works, but do not have two hours per match to do it
  • Team and mix captains preparing a veto and a default against a known opponent
  • Mid to high level players, where opponents have enough recent matches for patterns to be real rather than noise

The interface is available in English and Russian. Demo based features currently cover Mirage, while stats, form, bans and team ELO work on every map.

What's the story behind your product?

FACEIT Prefire's answer:

Prefire started as a tool I built for myself.

Professional teams prepare for opponents by watching their demos. Everyone else queues blind, loses to the same off-angle three times in a row, and calls it bad luck. The gap is not skill, it is preparation time.

So I wrote a parser that pulled public FACEIT demos and drew where players had actually been standing. It was a local script before it was anything else. The useful part turned out not to be the statistics but the picture: once you see five rounds of someone's movement on a map, the pattern is obvious in seconds.

That became a browser extension so the picture appears where the decision gets made, in the match room itself. It went public on the Chrome Web Store in August 2026 and is in open beta now: free, no paid tier, source on GitHub, map coverage expanding from Mirage outward.

Prefire is developed independently and is not officially endorsed by or affiliated with FACEIT.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

FACEIT Prefire's answer:

Extension (browser) - TypeScript 5.7 on Manifest V3 - Vite 6 with @crxjs/vite-plugin for the build - No UI framework. The only runtime dependency is @sentry/browser, so the extension injects a minimal bundle into faceit.com rather than a framework - Canvas based tactical replay player, embedded as a reusable iframe - Vitest with happy-dom for the test suite

Backend (API and analysis) - Python 3.12 with FastAPI and Uvicorn - PostgreSQL through SQLAlchemy 2.0 and psycopg3, migrations via Alembic - Pydantic v2 for validation, slowapi for rate limiting, cachetools for the hot public paths - awpy 2.x with zstandard for demo parsing, numpy for the positional maths - httpx and Playwright for data collection

Infrastructure - Docker multi stage builds on a VPS behind Caddy for TLS - PostgreSQL backups with pgBackRest, point in time recovery tested with a restore drill - Static landing page on Cloudflare Pages - Sentry on both sides, plus a separate telemetry service

Quality - ruff, black and mypy in the toolchain, pip-audit on dependencies

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

FACEIT Prefire's answer:

Prefire is in free open app and has no commercial customers yet. It is used by individual FACEIT Counter-Strike 2 players and by a few small teams and mixes preparing for their own matches.
