Things like customer authentication, feature flags, and billing are needed by almost every SaaS startup at some point with a variety of cloud based and self hosted solutions out there. Kinde's founders got together to reinvent how software companies get started with the ambition to help accelerate their product idea into a reality as fast as possible. All of them have multiple stories of building things in the past and having to reimplement the same features over and over.
