  Try a small change and sometimes a drastic one (like dropping a column or row) and mash keybr.com and monkeytype.com until it feels natural, or not then revert. And if I revert I often try again a few weeks later... Source: almost 3 years ago

  For practising a new layout, keybr.com is an excellent website. It uses gibberish, but drills one letter at a time. It's a nicer UX than just gnu typist (or whatever other touch-typing training program). Source: almost 3 years ago
