Built from the trenches of vacation rentals. We started iCalManager out of frustration with paying high monthly fees for slow channel managers with outdated interfaces and endless setups.
iCalManager is designed for independent hosts and small property managers who need reliability without the hassle. Our goal is simple: protect you from overbookings and give you your time back.
Unlike traditional hotel software, we focus on what truly matters for short-term rentals:
Lightning-fast iCal Sync: Connect Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and any platform in minutes. Zero complex integrations.
Dynamic Visual Calendar: Control all your availability at a glance. Make manual blocks simply by clicking and dragging over dates.
Built by and for Hosts: We use our own technology to manage our real properties. We know what you need because we need it too.
Fair Pricing: No per-booking commissions and no hidden setup fees.
Stop fighting with Excel sheets or paying for corporate features you never use. Try it free for 30 days and simplify your daily operations.

Independent vacation rental hosts globally
iCalManager's answer:
iCalManager was born out of our own frustration. As vacation rental hosts ourselves, we were tired of paying exorbitant fees for clunky channel managers just to keep our Airbnb and Booking.com calendars synced. We couldn't find a simple, affordable solution on the market, so we built it ourselves.
iCalManager's answer:
iCalManager strips away the bloat of traditional hotel software. It is built strictly for short-term rentals, focusing entirely on lightning-fast iCal synchronization and a clean, dynamic visual calendar. It requires zero technical knowledge to set up.
iCalManager's answer:
Unlike competitors that charge high monthly fees or per-booking commissions, iCalManager offers fair, transparent pricing. It gives independent hosts exactly what they need to prevent overbookings, without making them pay for complex enterprise features they will never use.
iCalManager's answer:
Our primary audience consists of independent vacation rental hosts, small property managers, and Airbnb/Booking.com owners who manage 1 to 20 properties and want a reliable, affordable way to sync their availability.
iCalManager's answer:
We use a modern, highly performant tech stack to ensure speed and security. The frontend is built with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS, while the backend and real-time database are powered by Supabase.

I don't get it. The putty website has always been https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/ This has never changed. Just because someone likes to use short circuit routing in their head doesn't make putty.org the official site for putty. That is the same attitude as telling the Keepass folks that https://keepass.info/ is wrong... - Source: Hacker News / 12 months ago

The key difference here being that this is two way hashing so passwords can be decrypted. In reality, there are a lot of attack vectors like MITM, event logging or sometimes straight up storing data in plaintext.
