For Safari fans who want a simple and easy experience, Ka-Block! is a reasonable choice. Itโ€™s built specifically for Apple products and is extremely lightweight. Just download it from the Mac App Store. Once you do, youโ€™ll have to enable it in SAFARI > PREFERENCES > EXTENSIONS.
