If you aren't a dev, you'll also need tools that can load the CPT content and display it - Crocoblock have a range of products that do that - I believe this one https://crocoblock.com/plugins/jetengine/ will do that you're after, though they only work with Elementor-based sites. - You have the Data part (where do you store the information of the real estate adds, what fields do these need to have. For example I'm guessing you need several photo's, a title, a description, ....). These are all fields that need to be stored in the Database in some way.
