  • Security Concerns
Incorporating third-party libraries may introduce security vulnerabilities if libraries are not well-maintained or reviewed regularly.

  • Limited FSBO Listings
The platform has a limited number of For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings compared to traditional listings managed by real estate agents.
  • Information Overload
The abundance of information and resources available can be overwhelming for first-time users, making it difficult to know where to start.

I lived in Albuquerque 30+ years ago and it was really nice. Clean, quiet, great public transit, nice people, safe. I've heard it's not so great now. For about 15 years I've been checking realtor.com for a place in Santa Fe if I ever... Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Creative ways to get "free" leads aka. referrals. Any other suggestions?
PS, I know zillow.com and realtor.com leads exist and have had success with those, but those leads can cost 35% which is insane and I'd rather pivot away from them over time. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Houses near Merritt Island
I used realtor.com. Realtor.com and trulia.com are updated from the MLS, and Zillow takes a bit longer to update. I have found though that Zillow tends to have better history of the homes. Source: almost 3 years ago
