We integrated advanced AI technology, particularly GPT-4, to automate and streamline the resume review process. This AI assistant not only scores resumes against detailed job criteria but also offers explanations for each assessment, aiming to make the hiring process quicker, more accurate, and less biased. The successful internal application of SortResume.ai led to its public launch, aiming to transform recruitment practices across various industries.
