For the longest time I've used iTerm2 as a replacement for Terminal. It's fast, it's native, it's not yet another lipstick-on-an-Electron-wrapper type of thing. We use slite.com (for no particular reason) and link to each sop in a google spreadsheet process thats set up for a particular large task. That spreadshseet is shared among everyone. Each SOP contains a video as well of how to do the task being as specific as possible. Source: almost 4 years ago
