We have 100s of different screens to migrate as well as a really large design system, and to date we've been successfully using the invisionapp.com website to keep things really well organized and easy to navigate with tags, pages, etc. We've enjoyed this system so far because it's easy for PMs and Devs to navigate in a website format, without having to learn the design software or get bogged down in artboards. I'm saddened codeceptJS wasn't even mentioned. It's easily better than most of the ones listed except Cypress. Source: over 3 years ago
Back when I was doing FE, I found https://codecept.io, which is the same concept as Cypress but with a Playwright driver. Have not used but thought it's worth a mention. - Source: Hacker News / almost 4 years ago
Moqups - The most stunning HTML5 app for creating resolution-independent SVG mockups, wireframes & interactive prototypes for your next project
Cypress.io - Slow, difficult and unreliable testing for anything that runs in a browser. Install Cypress in seconds and take the pain out of front-end testing.
Balsamiq - Balsamiq. Rapid, effective and fun wireframing software.
Selenium - Selenium automates browsers. That's it! What you do with that power is entirely up to you. Primarily, it is for automating web applications for testing purposes, but is certainly not limited to just that.
Figma - Team-based interface design, Figma lets you collaborate on designs in real time.
Playwright - Playwright is automation software for Chromium, Firefox, Webkit using the Node.js library having a single API in place.
