Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing InvisibleAPI and bundle.social.

What makes your product unique?

InvisibleAPI's answer

InvisibleAPI is built as developer infrastructure rather than a bloated social media management dashboard. Key differentiators include:

  • Guaranteed idempotency: passing a clientRequestId ensures that retried API calls never double-post.
  • Native MCP server: ships with a live Model Context Protocol server so AI agents in Claude, Cursor, and custom frameworks can publish autonomously.
  • Complete token management: handles OAuth provider connections, encrypted token storage at rest, and automated token refreshes.
  • Preflight validation and categorized errors: requests are validated against platform rules before dispatch, and errors are categorized as caller error, transient failure, or user action required.
  • 15+ years of production experience: built by a team, who have operated production social media infrastructure at scale since 2011.

bundle.social's answer:

bundle.social lets businesses connect and manage unlimited social media accounts through one unified API. Unlike many competitors, we do not charge per connected account. Customers primarily scale based on usage, making the platform suitable for SaaS products, agencies, and companies managing hundreds or thousands of profiles.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

InvisibleAPI's answer

Most social API wrappers merely forward requests and forward provider failures. When third-party platform APIs break or change without notice, downstream products break.

InvisibleAPI acts as true infrastructure. It absorbs platform-specific quirks, rate limits, token lifecycles, and delivery tracking behind a single, consistent API. You get:

  • Resilient asynchronous job processing with Temporal, rather than brittle synchronous calls.
  • Actionable error classifications so your code knows immediately whether to retry, alert the user, or fix payload data.
  • No feature gating: every account gets access to publishing, the MCP server, and team management without arbitrary tier limits.
  • Instagram and X are live today, with TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube rolling out on the exact same endpoint shape.

bundle.social's answer:

bundle.social combines broad platform support, unlimited connected accounts, developer-friendly documentation, and direct technical support. Customers do not need to maintain separate integrations, OAuth applications, publishing logic, analytics systems, and error handling for every social network. We focus on reliability, transparent pricing, and helping developers solve real implementation problems quickly.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

InvisibleAPI's answer

The primary audience is developers and engineering teams building social publishing features directly into their own applications.

InvisibleAPI is built specifically for:

  • Product teams: SaaS founders and engineering teams shipping in-app social publishing without building custom platform integrations.

  • AI agent developers: Builders using Claude, Cursor, or autonomous agent frameworks who need an MCP-native tool to publish and read social data.

  • Agencies: Teams managing multiple client social accounts across isolated multi-tenant organizations with role-based access.

bundle.social's answer:

bundle.social is primarily built for developers, SaaS companies, agencies, white-label platforms, and businesses that need to manage social publishing at scale. It is especially useful for products that allow their own customers to connect social accounts, publish content, schedule posts, and access analytics.

What's the story behind your product?

InvisibleAPI's answer

The team behind invisibleAPI has operated social media infrastructure in production for over 15 years. Over that time, product teams repeatedly asked the same question: "We love what your platform does, but we need the capability inside our own application."

Every team that tried building it internally hit the identical wall: juggling multiple platform OAuth flows, silent token expirations, sudden breaking changes, and conflicting rate limits.

We had already solved these operational problems in production. We created InvisibleAPI to expose that battle-tested plumbing as a clean, unified API so developers and AI agents never have to rebuild it from scratch.

bundle.social's answer:

bundle.social was created after we saw how difficult and expensive it was to maintain separate integrations with every social media platform. Each network has different authentication, publishing formats, limits, errors, and approval processes. We built bundle.social to provide one reliable integration that removes this complexity and allows developers to focus on building their own products.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

bundle.social's answer:

bundle.social is built primarily with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ, Docker, and Cloudflare infrastructure.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

bundle.social's answer:

We do not publicly disclose customer names without their permission. Our customers include:

Multi-tenant social media SaaS platforms Marketing and content automation tools Digital agencies managing large account portfolios White-label social media platforms Enterprise teams managing thousands of social accounts AI-powered content creation and publishing products
