• Hiring managers and reviewers, assigned to specific roles. They score candidates quickly and fairly without wading through the whole pipeline.
• Founders and ops leads at the smallest organizations, who buy cost-consciously, start on the free plan, and prove value before paying.
• Outside stakeholders such as panel members or clients, who should see a candidate's answers but not the hiring tooling. They get a scoped reviewer seat: assigned jobs only, with no access to private notes, CVs, or exports.

The product is English-language and billed in USD, with no regional restrictions.
