Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Inro Social and LinuxPatch.com.

What's the story behind your product?

Inro Social's answer

As co-founders, Etienne and Pierre have been working together for over 6 years, originally running a venture studio focused on challenges faced by brands in marketing. We were inspired by how luxury brands excel at making every customer feel special and wanted to translate that personalized brand experience into the digital world.

Facing the low open rate and the complete absence of interactions on traditional direct marketing channels (email, messaging) we experimented a lot on social media taking inspiration from creators in building direct and authentic connection with their audience.

Our vision for building genuine consumer connections at scale through AI-powered conversational marketing took shape. After being accelerated at Berkeley Skydeck, raising a pre-seed round and finishing our beta, we are now excited to launch Inrō to everyone!
