We eventually settled on a combination of InnoSetup with InnoSetuo Dependency Installer and NetSparkle which offered a much cleaner experience and use of AzureAD Authentication for Azure Storage Blobs (for updates) as well as InTune Deployments with proper version detection. Ive done a number of these sets ups and there should be software to break up the comp for you. The workflow ive used the past is make one 4k comp and then send it thru https://madmapper.com or similar. If you HAVE to do it the way you describe check out render region of interest.
