I don't have any of those official apps on my phone at all because they ask for access to basically all your personal info stored on your phone. I use other sites to get around the need to log-in to lurk on instagram and I peruse tiktok on my desktop PC only (with my spam email account) to avoid downloading the app on my phone. I just used https://ingramer.com for the first time to generate some hashtags and it was so much easier than me trying to think up 30 of my own. Iโd like to continue using it unless itโs considered like a third-party app that could potentially get my account closed. Source: about 5 years ago

Lua is quite small, encouraging distros to include it. The ubuntu gvim has, and the gvim AppImage linked from vim.org does. The default Makefile from github is set up to not include it, but you can uncomment one line there to get it. Source: over 3 years ago
I've not used vimwiki locally (tho I'm old enough to remember the Vim wiki on vim.org :), but I think what you are wanting to do is extend vimwiki's syntax file. I presume it installs one at $VIMRUNTIM/syntax or or ~/.vim/syntax. If this sounds right, then create a ~/.vim/after/syntax/vimwiki.vim file and place your match command in there. Unnecessary comparison, unnecessary defence.
