As answered by people managing InCouple.app and Cert Decoder.
InCouple.app's answer
InCouple was created by two founders who are also a real couple.
The idea came from a simple observation: many couples have dating apps before the relationship starts, but much fewer tools that help them stay close after they are already together.
We wanted to build a private space for two people in a relationship — not a dating app, not therapy, and not just another question deck.
InCouple became our answer: conversation cards, relationship quests, shared wishes, tasks, and expenses in one warm app for partners who want to communicate better, understand each other deeper, and feel like one team in everyday life.
Cert Decoder's answer:
I built certdecoder.com over the weekend for my own needs. Sometimes in my work, I need to verify and check certificate details.
InCouple.app's answer
InCouple is built with FlutterFlow and Firebase.
Firebase powers authentication, database, and shared couple data. The product also uses analytics, push notifications, and subscription tools to support product growth and premium access.
Cert Decoder's answer:
certdecoder.com was built using just JavaScript and HTML—simple, fast, and with all processing happening locally in your browser, so no certificate data is sent to any server
InCouple.app's answer
InCouple is made for couples who are already in a relationship.
The primary audience is partners who want to improve communication, feel emotionally closer, create small rituals of connection, and organize shared wishes, tasks, and expenses in one private app.
Cert Decoder's answer:
certdecoder.com is primarily built for developers, sysadmins, cybersecurity enthusiasts, and DevOps engineers.
InCouple.app's answer
People should choose InCouple if they want more than only questions or chat.
The app helps couples talk, complete small relationship quests, save shared wishes, organize tasks, and track expenses together. It is not a dating app — it is a private relationship app for partners who want better communication, daily closeness, and a simple shared space for everyday life.
Cert Decoder's answer:
Simple, fast, and reliable. Some similar tools can’t even decode basic certificates. I rigorously tested my tool with many real-world certificates and covered several edge cases where competitors fall short.

Why? Because I built certdecoder.com and couldn’t find a decent place to submit it. So I said screw it — I’ll build my own. With blackjack and hookers. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
