Taskpend's answer:
It's an outliner where the same task can live in many places and in many views at once.
Infinite nesting โ every task can hold more tasks, no limit. @mention anyone and the task mirrors into their inbox, live-synced. Same data, 5 views: outliner, kanban, spreadsheet, gantt, document. A each node can be a bullet, a document, an interactive widget or an AI conversation You can run a team of AI agents that do things โ write specs, break down work, write code and push to GitHub/Jira, or activate external agents from claude
Taskpend's answer:
One tool instead of four.
Run an entire company - the knowledge, the task management, the team collaboration and the actual AI automation and execution Replaces the Jira + Notion + Monday + AI assistant stitch-up. Fast and keyboard-first โ no clunky form-fields or page loads. Native iOS, Android, and web from the same product. Deep integrations: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack, Google Calendar, Gmail. Free to start. No credit card.
Taskpend's answer:
Builders who think in trees.
Product and engineering teams running sprints without Jira pain. Solo PMs, founders, and freelancers who's looking to 10x their velocity. GTD nerds and outliner lovers (ex-Workflowy, ex-Roam crowd). Execs who get lost in Jira or Monday and can't get a clear view of the company focus/execution. Anyone whose tasks have subtasks that have subtasks.
Taskpend's answer:
It started as a personal outliner โ I just wanted a faster place to think.
my wife started to get on board, then some friends and kept asking share lists with me, and the workspace-invite dance felt absurd for two people splitting groceries. So I built mirroring: @mention someone and the task shows up in their inbox, no setup.
That unlocked everything. The same trick that worked for chores worked for product roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and cross-team work. In 2026 the project was renamed from Chores Life to Taskpend to match what it had grown into.
At the current phase of taskpend - to help it grow faster we've added facebook messenger like AI chats with agents and tasks were linked to AI chats and now features gets executed by agents.
Our idea to production workflow is crazy fast - i write and idea and open chat -> it creates a relevant agent -> it starts with breaking it down to task -> writes a PRD and hand it off to the AI engineer -> execute code -> push to git
Taskpend's answer:

Taskpend's answer:
the biggest names right now are Lusha.com and port.io, Taskpend is early-stage and growing โ most users come in as individuals or small teams rather than logo-able enterprises. Typical users:
Indie product builders and solo founders Small engineering teams migrating off Notion, Todoist, or Linear Boutique agencies running multiple client projects Product managers replacing Jira for internal roadmaps
