ImageTrace is a reverse image search and image monitoring tool for photographers, agencies, publishers, and image archives. It finds where your photos are being used online and gives you the evidence to act on unauthorized use.
Upload a photo and ImageTrace scans public web pages, marketplaces, blogs, and social sources for copies, including cropped, resized, and lightly edited versions. For every match you get:

You stay in control. Unlike commission-based enforcement services, ImageTrace never takes a percentage of what you recover. For each match you decide whether to invoice, request a takedown, escalate to your own legal partner, or ignore it. ImageTrace provides the evidence; the decision stays with you.

ImageTrace is built by Volantis, a small independent software studio in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, founded in 2021. We kept seeing photographers find their work reused without permission and then hit a wall: free tools only confirmed the copy, and enforcement services wanted a large cut of any payout. We believe finding your own stolen work shouldn't cost you a percentage of the recovery. So we built ImageTrace to do the finding and the evidence-gathering, and to leave the decision (and 100% of the result) with the photographer.
