I know you said you want a free platform, but if you are able to pay, two sources I would check are Planet, which sounds like it might be ideal for you except that it doesn't go very far back in time, and Apollo, which is a multi-source reseller with a good browse tool. I've never been enticed by a landing page (yes, datapoint of one). It's either recommendation from source I trust (which has included reddit) and some demo/review available somewhere.
