Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Hyperview and PingPort.

What makes your product unique?

PingPort's answer:

PingPort is not just another uptime monitor — it's the only tool that treats your website portfolio as what it actually is: a collection of ongoing responsibilities. Every website in PingPort has its own monitoring, SSL and domain tracking, task list, and history. Nothing is generic, everything is per site. On top of that, the Browser Companion brings all of this context directly into your browser while you're visiting a site — so you always know the health status and open todos without leaving the page. And unlike every competitor that forces you into fixed pricing tiers, PingPort charges strictly per website. You pay for what you use, you stop paying when you remove a site, and you never have to upgrade a plan just because you took on one more client.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

PingPort's answer:

Most monitoring tools stop at telling you something is broken. PingPort goes further — it's a complete portfolio management platform for everyone who manages multiple websites professionally. On top of uptime, SSL and domain monitoring, you get per-website task management with priorities, assignees and due dates, directly linked to each site. The Browser Companion shows health scores and open tasks while you're actually visiting a site, without switching tabs. And pricing is fully usage-based — no fixed tiers, no upgrade gates, no paying for headroom you don't need. The first 5 websites are free, every additional one costs €0.15/month. If you manage more than a handful of websites, PingPort replaces the patchwork of a monitoring tool, a spreadsheet and a project tool with one focused platform.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

PingPort's answer:

PingPort is built for agencies, freelancers, affiliate marketers and small businesses that actively manage a portfolio of websites — typically anywhere from 10 to 200+ sites. These are people who are done keeping track of SSL renewals in spreadsheets, missing domain expirations, and jumping between three different tools just to stay on top of their client work. They need professional oversight without enterprise complexity or enterprise pricing.
