CrawlPanel started from a practical problem we kept seeing while managing websites: a site could be online and return a successful response while something important was still broken. A form could stop submitting, a login could fail or a checkout flow could break while traditional uptime monitoring remained green. We built CrawlPanel to answer a more useful question: not only โIs the website online?โ but โIs it actually working?โ

CrawlPanel is built primarily with Next.js and Node.js, with SQLite currently used for its data layer. Browser journey monitoring uses automated Chromium sessions to reproduce real user flows such as forms, logins and checkout processes.
