It started because the founder (me) was managing a handful of rentals and got fed up with how much time was wasted on basic maintenance issues. Tenants would send blurry photos via text, Iโd have to guess what was wrong, call a plumber who charged $150 just to show up, and half the time it was something the tenant could have fixed in five minutes if theyโd known how. I thought: why isnโt there a tool that lives inside WhatsApp, uses AI to give instant guidance, and only bothers me when itโs actually needed? So I built it โ first for my own properties, then for friends, and now itโs growing into something anyone can use.
