Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Hypervector and RapidMule.

What makes your product unique?

RapidMule's answer:

RapidMule is a gamification-based loyalty platform that goes beyond points and badges. It helps businesses design emotionally engaging journeys that increase loyalty, lifetime value, and revenue per customer. RapidMule integrates seamlessly into existing systems, launches in days, and drives measurable KPIs like retention, customer lifetime value, and engagement.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

RapidMule's answer:

RapidMule has unmatched functionality in gamification. It is modern, faster, and cheaper than its competitors.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

RapidMule's answer:

We are a B2B business and targeting B2C companies, such as e-commerce. Also, we are a great platform for employee engagement.

What's the story behind your product?

RapidMule's answer:

RapidMule was born from a simple observation: most loyalty programs fail to truly engage people. They rely on points and discounts, but they donโ€™t tap into emotion, recognition, and a sense of progress, which keep customers coming back. As co-founders of RapidMule and former leaders in the sports vertical, weโ€™d seen firsthand how gamification could turn passive users into passionate communities. Also, we saw how difficult it was for businesses outside gaming to implement these mechanics without huge costs, long development times, or deep behavioral design expertise. So, we set out to build RapidMule to make gamification-based loyalty accessible to any business. We designed it to launch in days, integrate with existing systems, and deliver measurable improvements in loyalty, lifetime value, and engagement.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

RapidMule's answer:

We mainly used Microsoft technologies such as C#.NET and Azure to build RapidMule.
