  • ...

What makes your product unique?

Raceduck's answer:

The only event management platform purpose-built for motorsport. While generic tools force organizers to cobble together spreadsheets, payment links, and messaging apps, Raceduck handles the entire lifecycle - from registration with document acceptance and starter classes, through instant payments with automated refunds, to results publishing and AI analytics. Built from real organizer feedback across 300+ events.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Raceduck's answer:

Most competitors are generic event platforms that don't understand motorsport. Raceduck speaks the language - starter classes, vehicle requirements, multi-day accommodation, timed results. Setup takes minutes, not days. The free tier gets you started immediately, Pro costs just 3% with instant payouts. 12 languages out of the box, GDPR compliant, and a support team that actually understands your sport.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Raceduck's answer:

Motorsport event organizers โ€” from hobbyists running local enduro rides to professional agencies managing large-scale rally championships. Also relevant for any outdoor sporting event: cycling, running, adventure races. Typically small-to-medium teams who need to punch above their weight without hiring admin staff.

What's the story behind your product?

Raceduck's answer:

Born from frustration. As a motorsport enthusiast in Poland, I watched organizers drown in spreadsheets, chase bank transfers, and send updates through WhatsApp. Every event was the same chaos. I built the tool I wished existed - and when neighboring countries started asking for it, we knew we had something. Now serving 12 countries, 12 languages, and growing fast.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Raceduck's answer:

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Firebase, Node.js, Ant Design. Payments via Stripe and Tpay. Hosted on Google Cloud with multi-region encrypted storage.
