What makes your product unique?

Wibidi's answer:

There's no builder. Every other AI chatbot tool hands you a workspace and expects you to design something in it. Wibidi asks you questions and produces the finished chatbot. The only thing left to do is paste a script tag.

It also hands visitors off the way small businesses actually work. If the bot can't answer, the visitor taps through to WhatsApp or calls the number directly, rather than leaving a message in a dashboard the owner never opens.

What's the story behind your product?

Wibidi's answer:

My sister runs a catering business. She wanted a chatbot on her landing page for the questions she was answering by hand all day: menus, minimum orders, whether she covers a particular town. She asked me which platform to use.

I looked at Botpress, Tidio, Chatbase and the others. They're all genuinely easy to use, but easy still meant she had to learn a flow builder, work out what a node was, and keep a dashboard open. She's a caterer. That's a second job she didn't ask for.

Then I thought about old Windows installers. Next, next, answer a few questions, finish. Why isn't setting up a chatbot like that? So I built one. She went through the wizard, I pasted the script into her WordPress page, and it was working the same afternoon. She hasn't opened the dashboard since.

That's Wibidi. She was the first customer and she's still the reason it works the way it does.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Wibidi's answer:

Because you'll have it working this afternoon and it costs a few euros instead of a monthly subscription. Chatbase, Tidio and Botpress are good products built for people who want control over the conversation design. If you don't want control, you want a chatbot, all that flexibility is just work you have to do. Wibidi removes the work and the recurring bill along with it.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Wibidi's answer:

Small businesses and solo operators who run their own website and don't have anyone technical to call. Caterers, plumbers, physios, driving instructors, small clinics, local shops, freelancers. People who answer the same five questions every week and would never sign up for a €40-a-month platform to stop doing it.
