What's the story behind your product?

TalentWeLove's answer:

TalentWeLove started with two founders running recruitment searches directly for clients. The software came second, built to keep the 14-day promise as the work grew past what two people could track by hand. It became the dashboard clients now use to follow their own search, and the same system gives candidates a portal to see and control what's held about them.

What makes your product unique?

TalentWeLove's answer:

A contractual shortlist promise rather than a best-effort one: at least three qualified, pre-vetted candidates within 14 days, written into the agreement as clause 4. Pricing is disclosed through a public fee estimator instead of a sales call. And unlike most agencies at this size, both the client and the candidate get access to the same software: a dashboard where clients follow their own search, and a self-service portal where candidates see and control what is held about them.

Most recruiting agencies run your search inside a generic ATS you never see and quote a price only after a call.
