ReportFlow is document-generation infrastructure for developers and AI agent workflows: an API-first, MCP-compatible cloud service for generating PDFs and Japanese business documents (invoices, statements, and other report-style forms) at scale.
Teams building AI agent pipelines, via Claude, n8n, Dify, or a custom MCP client, can connect directly to ReportFlow's remote MCP server. OAuth 2.0, PKCE, and Dynamic Client Registration are handled out of the box, so there is no local MCP server to install, configure, or keep running. Connect once, and generation happens in the cloud.
Under the hood, ReportFlow provides a browser-based, no-code template editor (built on Konva) for designing document layouts, plus a REST API supporting synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk PDF generation. A signed webhook (HMAC-SHA256) notifies your system when a job completes, with retry logic and SSRF protections built in.
ReportFlow exists because generating a PDF is easy to prototype but harder to operate long-term: CJK font embedding can bloat file sizes, headless-Chrome-based renderers are prone to memory leaks at scale, widely-used tools like wkhtmltopdf have reached end of life, and Japan-specific rules, such as invoice rounding under the Qualified Invoice System and electronic bookkeeping law requirements, add ongoing maintenance most teams would rather not own.
ReportFlow is listed on the official MCP Registry, Glama, Smithery, PulseMCP, and mcp.so, and ships a Verified n8n community node. Pricing starts with a free tier (30 files per month, one template, no credit card required), with Standard and Premium plans available for higher volume and additional templates.
