• Owners of senior or medicated pets. Households coordinating daily doses, tracking weight and symptoms, and bringing an organized history to frequent vet visits.
• Multi-pet and mixed-species homes. People with more than one animal, including horse and cattle owners who want the same health records, reminders and shared care they use for their dogs and cats.

Household Pet started at home, in a family with two cats and a dog.

Three pets meant three sets of vaccinations, flea, tick and worming treatments, vet visits and medications, and several people sharing the care. The records were scattered across vet emails, paper vaccination cards, phone notes and the family group chat. Questions kept coming up: "Has the dog been fed?", "When is the cats' booster due?", "Did anyone give the tablet this morning?" Every vet visit started with trying to remember dates nobody had written down in the same place.

Existing apps didn't fit how the family actually worked. Most were built for a single owner, charged extra to share, or stopped working without a signal.

So the family built the app they wanted: every pet's health history in one shared place, where everyone in the household can see what's been done, log it from their own phone, and get reminded before something is due. It works offline, gives sitters and vets just the information they need, and keeps the family's data private.
